Bookings and Payments
Booking Process:
To book a day tour or transportation service, visit our website at wow-iceland.com. Select the desired tour, choose the date and time, and provide the necessary information.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment system. A 100% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or transportation service. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

Vehicle Types
We utilize Mercedes Benz for our tours and transportation services. The specific vehicle assigned to your booking may vary based on availability and group size.
Group Size
Our tours and transportation services accommodate a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 6 persons. For larger groups, please contact us in advance to make suitable arrangements.
Weather Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternative options
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in the following circumstances:
- If we cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control;
- If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour or transportation service.
Liability
Limitation of Liability WOW Iceland and its staff will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from:
- Acts or omissions of third parties, including service providers and other participants;
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your negligence or failure to follow instructions;
- Any events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

We collect and use your personal information to process bookings, provide services, communicate with you, ensure secure payment processing, and offer customer support. We handle your data responsibly and take measures to protect your privacy. We do not share your information with third parties unless necessary for service provision.
